The PACS Group have been operating since 1992, being established through a "management buyout" of the Consultancy and Training sections of the Yorkshire and Humberside Provincial Council.
PACS work exclusively in the public sector and have worked with a wide range of organisations including universities, local authorities, town/parish councils, the third sector, police and fire authorities etc.
The two directors have a combined public sector consultancy experience that stretches over forty five years.
They have extensive managerial experience and bring to clients an in-depth and realistic appreciation of the management, organisational, operational and developmental needs of organisations.
