David Coward, MIMS, MBIFM, Director
Dave is a Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management and a Member of the Institute of Management Services. He has over twenty years experience as a Management Consultant within many public sector organisations.
Dave is noted for his extensive experience of working with and supporting Estates & Facilities operations. He has carried out a wide range of organisational, performance, VfM reviews and provides interim management for university and local authority services.
Robert Mason, MCIPD, Director
Bob is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a registered Occupational & Personality Tester. He has undertaken Management/Organisational reviews and development activities for a large number of public sector organisations.
He has extensive skills in identifying training needs and developing tailored programmes to meet the specific requirements of organisations.
Bob also has many years experience of event management and has been instrumental in the design and delivery of successful national conferences.
Claire Tranter
Claire has many years experience in conference organisation and event management for corporate clients and public sector organisations.
She is a dedicated organiser who specialises in devoting her expertise and enthusiasm to make your conference, exhibition, event or training course successful and productive.
Claire has also undertaken numerous data collection assignments including customer surveys, market testing and benchmarking.
Peter Clark, FIH
Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and an accredited training provider for Hospitality Assured.
He is widely experienced and respected professional in the catering industry, specialising in catering profitability audits embracing design, marketing, customer service, purchasing and financial reviews. Peter is able to advise on catering contract specifications, management and evaluation of tenders, food safety and health & safety.
Prior to joining The PACS Group, Peter ran a £15 million turnover operation within a major local authority. He has also been a Managing Director of a £10 million turnover catering company.
Associate Consultants
The PACS Group has a team of professional associate consultants who deliver topical national and regional seminars/workshops.
Many of our consultants are full time employees within the pubic sector. They are selected for their expertise within their chosen discipline and their presentation/facilitation skills.
